Kelly moved to the United States from Brazil in 2001 and fell in love with Pilates. She trained many years with one of Joseph Pilates proteges, Risa Sheppard. She provided instruction in the West Los Angeles community for three years prior to moving to Chapel Hill. Kelly is PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certified, She welcomes clients of all ages and skill levels. She also specializes in providing custom programs for Seniors, people with arthritis, scoliosis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and more.
